Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before ordering.
1. Return Eligibility (Printed Books Only)
You can request a return or replacement only if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
- You inform us within 3 days of delivery
- You provide an unboxing video as proof
- The book is unused and in its original condition
2. Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Book damaged after delivery due to customer handling
- No unboxing video provided
- Wrong address given by the customer
- Refusal to accept COD order at delivery
- Change of mind after delivery
- Book used or packaging damaged
3. Return / Replacement Process
If you received the wrong or damaged item:
- Email us at support@rameshgurjar.com within 3 days
- Attach your order number + photos + unboxing video
- Our support team will verify your request
- A pickup will be arranged (where service is available)
- Replacement or refund will be issued after verification
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are approved only in these cases:
Prepaid orders are eligible for cancellation before dispatch only.
COD orders with partial payment cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
Advance payment is refunded only if the order is cancelled by the seller.
- Product is damaged
- Wrong item received
- Replacement stock not available
Refund Timeline
- Prepaid Orders → 3–7 business days
- COD Orders → Refund via UPI/Bank Transfer in 3–5 days
Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider.
5. Cancellation Policy
Before Shipping
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
COD Orders
- Frequent COD cancellations or refusal at delivery may result in COD being disabled for future orders.
6. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to:
- Wrong address
- Invalid phone number
- Customer not available
Reshipping charges may apply.
